To own fox terrier smooth was a dream of my father from childhood. He admired their elegant body, cleverness and friendly character.

In 1986 was accomplished his dream, when he bought first female of smooth named HEDA ZE STUDNIČNÍ ALEJE. But she wasnt excellent in hunting possibillities, also in 1988 he bought male DUKAR TAXON from the most hopeful litter back by Rocky v.d. Bismarcquelle and out of Aniara v.d. Bismarcquelle. At show he was at show or else "very good", but his quality inhered in his working performance (he was succesfully trialed at specialty tracking tests).

In 1993 was the year, when was "for us" born our foundation bitch CINTA Z KRČMANĚ in kennel of Mr. Moudrý named "z Krčmaně". In 1994 it was our first succes, when CINTA won specialty tracking trial (BZ) in 10 and half month of age. She also finished trials in searching and tracking roe, moufflon and fallow deerand; and after that also uncontact fox-hunting trial. At show she was excellent. On the 21. Mai 1996 was born her first litter of smooth and it is genesis of kennel TUSKULUM...

             In 1995 were bought puppies out of the same litter like CINTA z KRČMANĚ. There were – ELA Z KRČMANĚ a EDA Z KRČMANĚ.

    Kennel name TUSKULUM was adopted from the name of the very glorious castle nearby our house. Name TUSKULUM means a place of resting and well-being.
